Oedipus won one Tony Award from seven nominations at the 2026 Tony Awards.
The production was a Broadway adaptation of Sophocles’ tragedy, directed by Robert Icke. Its nominated cast included Mark Strong as Oedipus and Lesley Manville as Jocasta, with both performers recognized in leading acting categories.
Oedipus’s sole win went to Manville for Best Leading Actress in a Play. The production competed against several other dramas in a crowded play season that included new works and revivals.
The nomination total and win count describe the production’s overall ceremony record, not the number of acting nominations alone. That distinction makes this statistic different from an individual award question.
