The production company named in The Good Place’s infobox that was founded by Michael Schur is Fremulon.
Fremulon is an American television production company established by Schur in April 2008. It became closely associated with his distinctive brand of warm, ensemble-driven comedy and helped produce several of his major television projects.
The Good Place’s infobox lists Fremulon alongside 3 Arts Entertainment and Universal Television. Fremulon is also connected with Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Master of None, all shows involving Schur as a creator, writer, producer, or executive producer.
The name has an intentionally odd origin. “Fremulon” came from a fictional insurance company associated with Schur’s pseudonym, Ken Tremendous, used while he wrote for the sports blog Fire Joe Morgan. The other options are real production companies, but they are not the company founded by Schur.
