Which product did Jordan Daykin pitch on the British television show Dragons' Den?

The story behind the answer

Jordan Daykin pitched GripIt on the British television show Dragons' Den.

GripIt is a fixing system intended for plasterboard and other hollow-wall applications. The product was designed to provide a stronger way to mount items where a conventional screw or wall plug might not offer enough support. Daykin presented the business while still very young and sought investment to help grow its sales and distribution.

The pitch is remembered both for the product and for Daykin’s age. Deborah Meaden agreed to invest, making GripIt one of the better-known examples of a product deal involving a young entrepreneur.

GripIt can be confused with other Dragons’ Den hardware products, but the name specifically belongs to Daykin’s plasterboard-fixing business. Trunki and Tangle Teezer were separate pitches by different entrepreneurs.
