Which product did British entrepreneur Rob Law pitch on Dragon's Den before building the Trunki brand?

The story behind the answer

British entrepreneur Rob Law pitched Trunki on Dragon's Den before building the Trunki brand.

Trunki is a ride-on children’s suitcase designed so that young travellers can sit on it and move through airports or other travel spaces. Law developed the idea as a child-friendly alternative to ordinary luggage, combining transport, storage and a distinctive plastic shell.

The appearance is often remembered because the pitch did not result in a completed investment deal. That is an important distinction: a product can become commercially successful after appearing on the programme even when the entrepreneur leaves without accepting an offer.

Law’s company, Magmatic, developed Trunki and related travel products. The brand became closely associated with colourful designs and family travel, while the name is sometimes mistakenly used for any ride-on suitcase. Trunki specifically refers to the Magmatic product and brand created by Law.
