Which Portal 2 personality core is obsessed with space?

The Portal 2 personality core obsessed with space is the Space Core. It is one of the three corrupted cores introduced during the game’s final confrontation with Wheatley, alongside the Adventure Core and Fact Core.

The Space Core constantly blurts out excited lines about outer space, planets, astronauts, and going to space. Its fixation becomes especially memorable in the ending, when Wheatley is expelled into space and the Space Core is left orbiting with him.

The other options belong to the same general family of Portal cores but have different personalities. The Fact Core delivers rapid-fire “facts,” many of them nonsensical, while the Adventure Core speaks in the style of a bold action hero. The Morality Core is associated primarily with the original Portal.

All three corrupted cores were voiced by Nolan North. The Space Core’s repetitive enthusiasm later became one of Portal 2’s most recognizable jokes and inspired appearances outside the main game, including a Skyrim-themed tie-in.
