Which Pokémon uses its yawns to summon rain in Pokémon Pokopia?

In Pokémon Pokopia, Slowpoke uses its yawns to summon rain.

The event occurs during the story in the Withered Wasteland. Ditto encounters an Onix trapped behind rock that is too difficult to break through directly. Professor Tangrowth explains that rain could soften the rock, but the area has not experienced rain for years.

To solve the problem, Ditto searches for Slowpoke. Its yawns are said to be capable of bringing rain, and after Ditto helps Slowpoke yawn enough, rainfall begins. The first shower is brief, but it has an important consequence: the rain awakens Kyogre, the Legendary Pokémon resting beneath the sea.

Players may confuse this scene with a move learned from another Pokémon, but it is a story event rather than one of Ditto’s copied construction abilities.
