Which Pokémon move can Ditto use from Squirtle in Pokémon Pokopia?

In Pokémon Pokopia, Ditto can use Squirtle’s Water Gun.

The move is part of the game’s distinctive system in which Ditto learns abilities from other Pokémon and applies them to practical tasks. Water Gun can hydrate plants, linking a familiar battle move to gardening and environmental care.

This design changes how players think about Pokémon moves. In the main series, Water Gun is a basic Water-type attack used in battles. Pokopia instead treats it as a useful tool for developing the settlement and keeping cultivated areas healthy.

Water Gun should not be confused with stronger Water-type moves such as Hydro Pump or with broader field abilities such as Surf. The specific Squirtle example is Water Gun, which fits the early, practical tone of the game and illustrates how Pokopia repurposes established Pokémon mechanics for life simulation.
