Which Pokémon awakens Kyogre in Pokémon Pokopia’s story?

The story behind the answer

Slowpoke awakens Kyogre in Pokémon Pokopia’s story. Its yawns summon rain, and the resulting rainfall is enough to awaken the Legendary Pokémon resting at the bottom of the sea.

The sequence begins when Ditto discovers an Onix trapped inside a cave. The rock is too difficult to break through, and the characters learn that rain could soften it. Because the area has not received rain for years, Tangrowth directs Ditto to find Slowpoke and make use of its rain-summoning yawns.

Slowpoke’s first rainfall is too brief to solve the problem by itself. However, it wakes Kyogre, which can summon a proper rainstorm. That larger rainfall allows Onix to be freed and advances the story. The event is easy to confuse with Kyogre directly causing its own awakening; in the plot, Slowpoke’s yawns provide the initial trigger.
