Which Pixar Cars movie introduced Jackson Storm?

Cars 3 introduced Jackson Storm to Pixar’s Cars movie series.

Jackson Storm is a next-generation race car who rapidly outperforms older racers, including Lightning McQueen. His arrival creates the central conflict of Cars 3: McQueen must decide whether he can remain competitive as racing technology and training methods change.

Storm is voiced by Armie Hammer, while Owen Wilson voices Lightning McQueen. The film contrasts Storm’s data-driven, high-performance approach with McQueen’s experience and relationships. Cars 3 was released in 2017 and focuses more heavily on racing and mentorship than Cars 2, which follows an international spy adventure.
