Boone Treadway threw a one-hit complete-game shutout for Hamilton West Side in the 2026 Great Lakes regional final.
Treadway’s performance helped West Side Little League defeat Kentucky and finish the regional tournament unbeaten. The result sent the Hamilton, Ohio, team back to Williamsport for the first time in five years.
A complete-game shutout means the same pitcher worked the entire game while allowing no runs. In this case, Treadway limited Kentucky to one hit, making the regional championship performance the defining pitching achievement cited in the team’s qualification story.
Treadway later appeared for Hamilton West Side in the World Series itself. He should not be confused with the other notable 2026 pitchers, including Curaçao’s Jaymiëll Martina and Alabama’s Kinley Rasmus.
