The event was styled the “2026 Little League Baseball World Series, Presented by T-Mobile.” That wording identifies T-Mobile as the presenting sponsor of the baseball World Series, rather than as the broadcaster or venue operator.
The tournament was carried across ESPN platforms, but ESPN was its media partner and broadcaster, not the presenting sponsor named in the official event title. DICK’S Sporting Goods was associated with Little League softball events, which is another possible source of confusion.
T-Mobile’s presenting-sponsor relationship was also reflected in official tournament materials, including the bracket and event pages. The 2026 competition was held from August 19 through August 30 in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with 20 regional representatives competing for the championship.
