West Side Little League posted a 4–0 record in the 2026 Great Lakes regional tournament.
The Hamilton, Ohio, team went undefeated during the regional competition in Whitestown, Indiana, from August 8 through August 12. Its perfect record earned West Side the Great Lakes championship and a place in the 2026 Little League World Series.
The regional record describes only the qualification tournament. It is separate from West Side’s record at the World Series, where the team played additional games against representatives from other U.S. regions.
West Side was the Ohio representative in the five-state Great Lakes field. The other participating states were Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan. At the World Series, Hamilton’s team became notable for making a historic American run and reaching the late stages of the U.S. bracket.
