Answer
Baldr
Which Norse god is the son of Odin and Frigg? Baldr is the Norse god identified as the son of Odin and Frigg.
Baldr is portrayed as a beloved and exceptionally radiant member of the Æsir. His family includes Thor and Váli among his brothers, while his wife is Nanna and his son is Forseti. The Prose Edda also associates Baldr with Breidablik, his beautiful hall, and Hringhorni, the great ship used for his funeral.
His death is one of the central tragedies of Norse mythology. Baldr dreams of dying, so Frigg obtains oaths from nearly every thing in the world not to harm him. She overlooks mistletoe, however. Loki exploits that omission and guides Baldr’s blind brother Höðr into striking him with mistletoe, killing him.
The gods try to recover Baldr from Hel, but the attempt fails when a figure called Þökk refuses to weep for him. Baldr remains among the dead until after Ragnarök, when he is foretold to return. Váli is his brother, not the answer to this question, and Thor is another son of Odin through Jörð.
