Which NFL team did Caleb Williams represent on Madden NFL 27’s cover?

Caleb Williams represented the Chicago Bears on Madden NFL 27’s cover.

Williams was the Chicago Bears quarterback featured on the standard edition artwork. The cover depicts him throwing a pass in front of the Chicago skyline, tying the image directly to the franchise and city.

The cover was notable in the series because Williams became the first Chicago Bears player to appear on the game’s standard cover. That distinction is about the standard edition, not every regional or language-specific Madden cover ever produced.

The Bears connection can also cause confusion with the cover’s basketball-inspired visual design. The artwork echoes Michael Jordan’s Air Jordan imagery, but the NFL team represented is Chicago’s Bears franchise.
