Three pillars make up Madden NFL 27’s G.O.A.T. Journey.
The pillars are Skill, Legacy, and Popularity. Together, they measure different dimensions of a Superstar’s career: on-field ability, accomplishments and trophies, and the growth of the player’s public profile.
Each pillar has its own quests, so a player cannot rely only on statistics or only on awards. The system encourages a balanced career in which performance, achievements, and influence all contribute to the overall G.O.A.T. score.
The three pillars should not be confused with the game’s five skill-tree categories. Skill trees govern player development, while the G.O.A.T. Journey evaluates the broader story of a career. This separation gives Superstar Mode both short-term progression choices and a long-term legacy framework.
