The Razor Crest crash-lands on Trask in “Chapter 11: The Heiress.” Trask is an ocean-covered estuary moon orbiting the gas giant Kol Iben, and Din Djarin reaches it while transporting Frog Lady and her eggs to her husband.
The ship arrives badly damaged after the previous episode’s encounter with New Republic pilots and the ice spiders of Maldo Kreis. With its landing systems failing, Djarin attempts a difficult manual descent. The Razor Crest reaches the landing area but tumbles into the water beside the port, requiring local workers to recover it.
Trask is more than a crash site. Its ports are populated largely by Mon Calamari and Quarren, and the moon’s fishing economy helps define its watery setting. Djarin soon enters the port town, where he learns that Mandalorians have been seen nearby. Those warriors—Bo-Katan Kryze, Koska Reeves, and Axe Woves—rescue him during a confrontation at sea and advance the season’s larger Mandalorian storyline.
A common mix-up is Maldo Kreis, the icy planet where the Razor Crest crash-lands in the preceding episode. Trask is the later destination and is specifically identified as a moon.
