Which monstrous wolf is destined to kill Odin at Ragnarök?

The story behind the answer

Which monstrous wolf is destined to kill Odin at Ragnarök? Fenrir is the answer.

Fenrir, also called Fenrisúlfr or the Fenris-wolf, is a monstrous wolf in Norse mythology and a son of Loki and the jötunn Angrboða. Prophecy warns the gods that he will become a terrible threat, especially as his rapid growth makes him impossible to control.

The gods eventually bind Fenrir with Gleipnir, a magical fetter made from seemingly impossible ingredients such as the sound of a cat’s footfalls and a bird’s spittle. The god Týr places his hand in Fenrir’s mouth as a pledge that the wolf will be released; when the gods deceive him, Fenrir bites it off.

At Ragnarök, Fenrir breaks free and kills Odin. Odin’s son Víðarr then avenges him and kills the wolf. Sköll and Hati are also wolves linked to the end-times cycle, but they pursue the sun and moon rather than killing Odin. Garmr is a separate guardian-like hound associated with Hel.
