Karolina Kurkova wore the 2006 Hearts on Fire Fantasy Bra.

The bra was presented during the 2006 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, held at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. Kurkova, a Czech model and Victoria’s Secret Angel, wore it in the show’s “Winter Wonderland of Glacial Goddesses” segment.

The piece was named for jewelry company Hearts On Fire and was valued at approximately $6.5 million. It featured thousands of diamonds, including a prominent flower-shaped central design. Its name is sometimes shortened to “Hearts On Fire Fantasy Bra,” but “Hearts On Fire Diamond Fantasy Bra” is the fuller listing used in fashion-show records.

This was Kurkova’s second Fantasy Bra appearance: she had previously worn the 2002 Star of Victoria Fantasy Bra. The 2006 show also featured Justin Timberlake and marked an early appearance for several models who later became prominent Victoria’s Secret Angels.
