Jacob recruits the Rooks after arriving in London in 1868. Players can use the gang to seize enemy territories, support missions, and strengthen the Frye twins' influence in districts such as Whitechapel, Southwark, and Westminster.
The Blighters are the rival gang and are therefore an easy source of confusion. The Jackdaws belong to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, while the Hidden Ones are the early Brotherhood organization featured in Assassin's Creed Origins. Syndicate's gang system reflects the game's focus on organized crime, industrial power, and London's class divisions.
