Adolescence won an acting award for Owen Cooper at the 2026 Actor Awards.
Cooper won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series for playing Jamie Miller. The Netflix production was recognized in a category that combined television movies and limited-series performances.
Adolescence had multiple acting nominees in the category. Stephen Graham was also nominated for playing Eddie Miller, but Cooper was the winner. Other nominees came from Black Rabbit, Monster: The Ed Gein Story, and The Beast in Me.
The title can be confused with other limited productions in the ceremony’s television lineup, particularly because several Netflix programs competed in related categories. The winning production for Cooper’s award, however, was specifically Adolescence.
