Which investor joined Peter Jones to back Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragon's Den?

The story behind the answer

Richard Farleigh joined Peter Jones to back Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragon's Den.

Levi Roots pitched his Reggae Reggae Sauce on the BBC programme in 2007. He sought investment to expand the sauce business, and Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh agreed to invest in exchange for a share of the company.

The appearance became one of Dragon's Den's most successful and widely remembered pitches. Roots, a musician and entrepreneur, developed the brand around Jamaican cooking and culture. The sauce was subsequently distributed more widely, and the business became associated with the Levi Roots brand.

The pitch is often remembered simply as a Peter Jones investment, but Farleigh was also part of the deal. That distinction matters because the two dragons jointly backed Roots. Reggae Reggae Sauce was later renamed Reggae Reggae, although the original pitch is usually identified by its earlier name.
