Kelly Hoppen joined the investor panel of the British television show Dragon's Den in 2013.
Hoppen is a British interior designer known for a minimalist style that combines neutral colours, clean lines and Eastern influences. She became an established design figure before appearing on television as a Dragon.
Her tenure on Dragon's Den was relatively brief compared with some of the programme's longest-serving investors. She left the panel in 2015, after taking part in two series. Her time on the show is sometimes confused with that of other female Dragons, including Deborah Meaden, Hilary Devey and Sara Davies, who joined in different years.
Dragon's Den began in 2005 and has regularly changed its panel of investors. These changes mean that identifying when a particular Dragon joined requires distinguishing the year of arrival from the year they left.
