Cleopatra is portrayed as an ally of Bayek in Assassin's Creed Origins.
Set in Ptolemaic Egypt, Origins depicts Bayek of Siwa becoming involved in Cleopatra's struggle against her brother and rival, Ptolemy XIII. Cleopatra helps Bayek and Aya identify members of the Order of the Ancients, the organization that serves as a precursor to the later Templar Order.

Cleopatra's alliance with Bayek is part of the game's dramatized narrative, not a claim that the historical record documents a secret Assassin organization. Origins was released in 2017 and explores the foundations of the Hidden Ones, the early group from which the later Brotherhood develops.
