Answer
Aveline de Grandpré
Answer
Aveline de Grandpré
Aveline de Grandpré is the central historical figure in Assassin's Creed Liberation.
Aveline is a French and African woman who becomes an Assassin in eighteenth-century New Orleans. The game follows her missions against Templar influence while she moves through several social identities, including an Assassin, a lady, and a slave. Each identity gives her different access, equipment, and restrictions.
Liberation is set in Louisiana between 1765 and 1780, during the period surrounding the end of French rule and the transfer of the colony to Spain. Aveline's personal story is closely connected to her mother, Jeanne, and to the city's changing political and social environment.
The game was originally released for PlayStation Vita in 2012 as a companion title to Assassin's Creed III. Élise de la Serre belongs to Assassin's Creed Unity, Shao Jun to Chronicles: China, and Evie Frye to Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
