Which Grand Prix is held at Yas Marina Circuit?

The story behind the answer

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the Formula 1 race held at Yas Marina Circuit. The track sits on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, one of the emirates of the United Arab Emirates, and has hosted the event since its inaugural running in 2009.

Designed by German architect Hermann Tilke, Yas Marina became famous as Formula 1's first day–night race. The 2009 event began at 5 p.m. local time, allowing the race to start in daylight and finish under floodlights. That distinctive setting helped make the Abu Dhabi finale one of the championship's most recognizable events.

The circuit is often confused with venues hosting other Gulf races. The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix takes place at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the Qatar Grand Prix at Lusail International Circuit, and the Bahrain Grand Prix at Bahrain International Circuit. Yas Marina's race is specifically the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
