Which game was bundled with the Nintendo Switch in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe special edition?

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe special edition bundled the Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Nintendo released Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Switch on April 28, 2017. It is an enhanced version of Mario Kart 8, which originally appeared on Wii U in 2014. The Switch edition includes all of the original game’s downloadable content and adds features such as expanded Battle mode content and returning items.

A special Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 Deluxe bundle was sold in selected markets and included a digital copy of the game. The bundle helped connect Nintendo’s new hardware with one of its best-known multiplayer series.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is sometimes mistaken for Mario Kart Tour because both were released in the same broad era. Tour is a mobile game, while Deluxe is the Switch entry and uses the console’s local and online multiplayer features.
