Which game is the final main-series Assassin's Creed title to feature Ezio Auditore as its protagonist?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Revelations is the final main-series Assassin's Creed game to feature Ezio Auditore as its protagonist.

Released in 2011, Revelations follows an older Ezio in Constantinople, where he searches for Altaïr's keys and investigates the legacy of the original Assassin. The campaign also includes playable sections featuring Altaïr, making the game a conclusion to both characters' arcs.

Revelations is the fourth major game centered on Ezio, following Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood, and the shorter companion release Discovery. It also advances Desmond Miles' modern-day storyline after the events of Brotherhood.

Assassin's Creed Embers, an animated short film released alongside Revelations, also depicts Ezio later in life, but it is not a main-series video game. Brotherhood is another common answer because it is the most directly Rome-focused Ezio title, but Revelations completes his main-game trilogy.
