Which game is the final chapter of Ezio Auditore's main trilogy in Assassin's Creed?
Answer
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Answer
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Assassin's Creed Revelations is the final chapter of Ezio Auditore's main trilogy.
Released in 2011, Revelations concludes the storyline begun in Assassin's Creed II and continued in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. It follows an older Ezio as he travels to Constantinople, where he searches for keys connected to Altaïr's legacy and the Masyaf library.
The game is also unusual because it directly connects Ezio's story with Altaïr's. Playable sequences set in Altaïr's life show events after the original Assassin's Creed and provide closure for the earlier character. Desmond Miles remains part of the modern-day framework.
Brotherhood is sometimes mistaken for the trilogy's conclusion because it expands Ezio's leadership of the Roman Brotherhood and follows Assassin's Creed II directly. However, Revelations is the third Ezio-focused main entry and serves as the character's final major game appearance in that central trilogy. Ezio later appears in related franchise material, but not as the lead of another main numbered-style adventure.
