Which game concludes Ezio Auditore's trilogy in Assassin's Creed?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed: Revelations concludes Ezio Auditore's trilogy in Assassin's Creed.

Released in 2011, Revelations follows an older Ezio as he travels to Constantinople to search for Altaïr's memories and the keys to a hidden library in Masyaf. The narrative connects Ezio's life with Altaïr's legacy and continues the modern-day storyline of Desmond Miles.

The game is the third major title centered on Ezio, following Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Its historical setting is mainly Constantinople during the early sixteenth century. A common mistake is to call Brotherhood the conclusion of Ezio's story; Brotherhood is the middle chapter, while Revelations provides his final main-series appearance as the lead character.
