Which former Dragons' Den investor was known as the founder of Yo! Sushi?

The story behind the answer

Simon Woodroffe was the entrepreneur known as the founder of Yo! Sushi and a former Dragons' Den investor.

Woodroffe founded Yo! Sushi in 1997, introducing a conveyor-belt restaurant concept to Britain. The restaurants became associated with dishes moving past diners on a conveyor, allowing customers to select food directly rather than ordering every item from a conventional menu. The idea helped make Japanese-style dining more visible to a wider British audience.

Woodroffe later joined the original panel of Dragons in the first series of the BBC programme. His background differed from that of investors whose reputations came primarily from property, finance or manufacturing: he was especially associated with creating and branding consumer businesses. He left the panel after the first series. The name is sometimes written “YO! Sushi” in branding, but the founder being asked about here is Simon Woodroffe.
