Which film won the 2026 Actor Award for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture?
Answer
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning won the 2026 Actor Award for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture.
The award recognized the combined work of stunt performers in the film, rather than a single credited actor. The movie competed against F1, Frankenstein, One Battle After Another, and Sinners in the motion-picture stunt category.
The film is the eighth installment in the Mission: Impossible series and features elaborate practical action sequences associated with the franchise. Its win continued the awards show’s tradition of recognizing ensemble stunt work separately from acting performances.
This category is distinct from the television Stunt Ensemble award, which went to The Last of Us. The 2026 ceremony was the first held under the official Actor Awards name after the event had long been known as the SAG Awards.
