Sinners was the only 2026 SAG Awards movie winner to win both Cast and Male Actor in a Leading Role.
The film won the Cast in a Motion Picture prize, while Michael B. Jordan won Male Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in the same production. Jordan portrayed twin brothers in the Ryan Coogler-directed film.
Sinners is a period horror film set in the American South during the 1930s. Its story combines music, family conflict and supernatural horror, with Jordan serving as the central star.
The other leading film acting winners were Jessie Buckley for Hamnet, Amy Madigan for Weapons and Sean Penn for One Battle After Another. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning won the separate stunt ensemble category, so its recognition did not add another cast or individual acting victory.
