Which fictional race speaks Khuzdul in J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth?

The story behind the answer

In J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth, the Dwarves speak Khuzdul.

Khuzdul is the secret language of the Dwarves, who call themselves the Khazâd. Tolkien created only limited publicly known material in the language, because the Dwarves traditionally guarded it and rarely taught it to outsiders.

The best-known Khuzdul battle cry is “Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu!”, associated with the Dwarves’ identity and martial culture. Their public names and place-names were often taken from other languages, especially those used by Men.

Khuzdul differs from Tolkien’s Elvish languages, such as Quenya and Sindarin. Tolkien modeled aspects of its sound and structure on Semitic languages, while keeping it distinct as part of the linguistic history of Middle-earth.
