Saburo Arasaka is the corporation’s elderly Japanese founder and chief executive, while his sons Yorinobu and Hanako occupy major roles in the game’s central corporate conflict.
Militech is a separate rival megacorporation strongly associated with military contracts and corporate warfare. Kang Tao is another major weapons and technology company, while Biotechnica operates in biotechnology and agriculture. The Arasaka Corporation also appeared in the Cyberpunk tabletop games that established the setting’s wider history, making it more than a game-only invention.
