Which female entrepreneur joined the British Dragons' Den panel in 2019?

Sara Davies joined the British Dragons' Den investor panel in 2019.

Davies became a dragon after building Crafter's Companion, a craft-products company she founded as a teenager. The business began with a tool designed to make envelope-making easier and later expanded into a large international craft brand.

Her appointment brought a specialist in product development, retail and creative businesses to the panel. She was also notably younger than several established investors when she joined, reflecting the programme's continuing effort to refresh its lineup.

The year 2019 is sometimes confused with Davies's founding date. She started Crafter's Companion in 2005, while her television appointment came fourteen years later. Her Dragons' Den role is separate from her appearances on other British television programmes, including Strictly Come Dancing.
