Touker Suleyman joined Dragons' Den in 2015 as an investor specialising in fashion and retail.
Suleyman is a British-Turkish entrepreneur whose businesses have included clothing and retail. He is particularly associated with the fashion company Low Profile Group and with owning the fashion brand Hawes & Curtis.
He joined the BBC programme for its thirteenth series. His commercial background gave the panel a Dragon with direct experience in sourcing, manufacturing, branding and high-street sales.
Suleyman is sometimes confused with Tej Lalvani because both joined the programme after earlier investors had departed. Lalvani joined in 2017, whereas Suleyman became a Dragon two years earlier, in 2015.
