Which entrepreneur became a Dragon on the UK television series Dragons' Den in 2022?

Steven Bartlett became a Dragon on the UK television series Dragons' Den in 2022.

Bartlett joined the BBC programme for its twentieth series, becoming one of the youngest investors ever to sit on the UK panel. He is known primarily as a technology entrepreneur, author and podcast host, and he co-founded the social-media marketing company Social Chain.

His appointment reflected the programme's continuing effort to add investors from newer technology and digital-media industries. Earlier panels had included specialists in retail, property, manufacturing, fashion and consumer products, while Bartlett brought experience from internet businesses and online branding.

The appointment is sometimes dated to 2021 because Bartlett's public profile rose rapidly around that period. His first appearance as a Dragon was in the 2022 series. He joined a panel that included established investors such as Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and Touker Suleyman.
