Which entrepreneur became a Dragon on BBC Dragon's Den in 2019?

Sara Davies became a Dragon on BBC Dragon's Den in 2019.

Davies joined the panel for the seventeenth series, replacing Jenny Campbell. She founded Crafter’s Companion, a craft-products company created after she developed a tool to help make envelopes while she was a student.

Her appointment gave the panel an investor with direct experience of building a modern, specialist retail brand. Crafter’s Companion grew from a university project into an international business selling craft tools, materials and related products.

The date is often mixed up with other female Dragons’ arrivals. Kelly Hoppen joined in 2013, while Jenny Campbell joined in 2017 and left before Davies arrived. Sara Davies is also not the youngest Dragon; that distinction belongs to Steven Bartlett, who joined the main panel in 2022.
