Steven Bartlett became a Dragon in the nineteenth series of the British programme Dragon's Den.
Bartlett is a British entrepreneur, investor and author best known for co-founding Social Chain, a social-media marketing company. He joined the Dragon's Den panel in 2021, bringing a background strongly connected to digital media, online brands and start-up investment.
His appointment reflected the changing kinds of businesses seeking investment. While earlier Dragons were often associated with traditional retail, manufacturing, property or leisure, Bartlett's public profile grew from digital entrepreneurship and internet-era marketing.
He is not the same person as Steven Bartlett's fellow Dragon Steven “Steve” Foster, and he should not be confused with earlier technology-focused investors. Bartlett's identifiable programme milestone is his arrival in series 19, after Sara Davies had already joined the panel.
