Which engine powers Pokémon Pokopia?

Pokémon Pokopia is powered by the Katana Engine.

The engine is listed among the game’s core technical credits alongside its developers, directors, composers, and platform. It supports a colorful social-simulation world in which players reshape landscapes, build structures, cultivate habitats, and interact with Pokémon.

Katana Engine should not be confused with the studios that made the game. Game Freak and Omega Force are developers, while Nintendo and The Pokémon Company are publishers in different regions.
