Sara Davies joined the British Dragons' Den panel in series 17 as a successor to Jenny Campbell.
Sara Davies is a British entrepreneur and television personality who founded Crafter's Companion, a craft-products business. She joined Dragons' Den in 2019, entering the panel after Jenny Campbell left the programme.
Davies brought specialist experience in crafting, product development and direct-to-consumer retail. Her appointment added another entrepreneur with a substantial founder-led business to the show's investor group.
The series number is important because the panel changed several times. Tej Lalvani joined earlier, while Steven Bartlett arrived later, so neither is the answer to this particular succession question. Sara Davies has also appeared in other television contexts, but her Dragons' Den role began with the seventeenth series of the British programme.
