Which Dragon's Den investor joined the BBC programme in 2006?

Deborah Meaden joined the BBC programme Dragon's Den in 2006.

Meaden is an English businesswoman and investor who became one of the show's best-known dragons. Before her television career, she built experience in business and investment, including work connected with leisure and hospitality enterprises. Her on-screen role involved examining entrepreneurs' figures, business models, ownership offers and growth plans.

Her arrival followed the programme's first series and helped broaden the panel's established lineup. She has remained strongly associated with the British series and is frequently identified by viewers as one of its longest-serving recurring investors.

The year is sometimes confused with the show's 2005 launch or with later arrivals such as Kelly Hoppen, Touker Suleyman and Sara Davies. The question asks specifically about Meaden's joining date, not the date of her first business career or a later guest appearance.
