Which Dragon's Den investor is known by the full name Peter Jones CBE?

The Dragon's Den investor known by the full name Peter Jones CBE is Peter Jones.

Peter Jones is a British entrepreneur and television personality who has served as a dragon since the programme began. The post-nominal CBE refers to his appointment as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire, an honour recognising contributions to business and enterprise.

Jones has built and invested in businesses across fields including technology, retail, media and property. His profile on Dragon's Den combines that commercial background with the programme's role as a public introduction to entrepreneurship.

The question uses his formal name because several dragons are commonly identified only by first and last names on screen. CBE is an honour after his name, not a different business title or a separate investor identity.
