Kelly Hoppen is the Dragon's Den investor associated with the fashion-design brand Kelly Hoppen Interiors.
Hoppen is a British designer known for a minimalist style that combines neutral colours, clean lines and references to Eastern design. She established Kelly Hoppen Interiors and built a career designing residential and commercial interiors, as well as furniture and home products.
She joined the Dragon's Den panel in 2013 and remained a Dragon until 2015. Her expertise meant that she often assessed ideas through the lens of design, branding, customer appeal and premium positioning.
Kelly Hoppen is not related to the programme's investment in a business called Kelly Hoppen Interiors; the brand is her own design company. She is also distinct from Deborah Meaden, another female Dragon whose career has centred more strongly on investment and consumer businesses.
