Peter Jones is the Dragon's Den investor who has appeared in every series of the BBC programme.
Jones was one of the five original Dragons when the British version premiered in 2005. Unlike many other investors, who joined for particular periods and later left, he remained a continuous member of the regular panel.
He is a British entrepreneur and investor with interests that have included technology, media, retail and leisure. His long tenure made him a constant presence as the programme changed presenters, production patterns and other members of the panel.
The wording matters because several other Dragons have appeared across many years. Duncan Bannatyne was an original investor but left the regular panel, while Deborah Meaden joined after the first series. Jones is the stable link between the programme's first series and its later seasons.
