Which Dragons' Den investor founded the freight network Pall-Ex?

Hilary Devey founded the freight distribution network Pall-Ex and later appeared as an investor on the British television programme Dragons' Den.

Devey established Pall-Ex in 1996 as a palletised freight network. The model connected independent hauliers so they could move palletised goods through a coordinated system rather than relying only on their own local routes. This allowed smaller transport companies to participate in wider distribution work.

Her success in logistics made Devey a prominent British business figure before her television career. She joined Dragons' Den in 2011, replacing James Caan on the investment panel, and remained on the programme for several series.
