Which Dragon's Den entrepreneur used the stage name Levi Roots?

Dragon's Den entrepreneur Levi Roots used the real name Keith Valentine Graham.

Roots is the professional name of the Jamaican-British musician, chef and entrepreneur who pitched Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragon's Den. His musical identity and Caribbean cooking background were important parts of the brand's story.

He was born in Clarendon, Jamaica, and moved to the United Kingdom as a child. Before becoming a major food entrepreneur, he performed reggae music and sold his cooking at festivals and other events.

The name Levi Roots is therefore not a company name or the name of a fictional mascot. It is Graham's stage name, used throughout his entertainment and food businesses. His Dragon's Den appearance helped connect that personal identity with a national sauce brand.
