The Dragons' Den entrepreneur known by the real name Keith Valentine Graham is Levi Roots.
Levi Roots is the stage name used by the Jamaican-British musician, chef and entrepreneur Keith Valentine Graham. He became widely known in Britain after appearing on Dragons' Den with his Reggae Reggae Sauce pitch.
The name Levi Roots had already been associated with his music and public identity before the television appearance. The Dragons' Den pitch connected that persona with a food business built around Caribbean flavours and a sauce recipe developed within his family.
The name is sometimes confused with the names of the programme's investors because Roots became closely associated with the show. He was an entrepreneur seeking investment, not one of the dragons on the panel.
