Which Dragon was the youngest investor to join the British show Dragon's Den?
Answer
Steven Bartlett
Steven Bartlett was the youngest investor to join the British show Dragon's Den.
Bartlett joined the British panel in 2021, becoming a Dragon at 29. He is an entrepreneur, author and podcaster best known for co-founding the social-media marketing agency Social Chain with Dominic McGregor.
His appointment marked a generational change for the programme. Earlier Dragons were generally established figures from retail, property, technology or traditional business, while Bartlett brought a profile rooted in digital entrepreneurship and online media.
Age records can be confused with the age of other investors when they first appeared, or with the age of a Dragon at the time a particular series was broadcast. The commonly cited distinction here is the age at which Bartlett joined the British panel: 29.
