Steven Bartlett was the youngest-ever Dragon to join BBC's Dragon's Den when he became an investor in 2021.
Bartlett was born in 1992 and built his early career in digital marketing and social media. He co-founded Social Chain, an agency that grew from a social-media project into an international marketing company. He later became known for The Diary of a CEO podcast and for investing in and advising businesses.
Bartlett joined the programme for its nineteenth series, replacing businessman Tej Lalvani. His arrival changed the panel's age profile substantially: he was in his twenties, while the established Dragons had built careers over several decades. The title refers to his age when he joined, not to the age at which he first started a business.
